Terms of use

Basic terms governing the use of Bretira.

1. Bretira

Bretira is a digital assistant for working time, shift planning, personal organisation and optional features such as Smart Commute and weather.

Bretira does not replace binding employment-law, regulatory, medical, tax or other professional advice. Users remain responsible for checking binding requirements and their own input.

2. Google Maps features

Certain optional location and address features in Bretira include Google Maps Platform features and content, in particular for address search and geocoding.

Use of these Google Maps features and content is additionally subject to the then-current Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Google Maps features are optional. Where Bretira stores a location or address for these features, that selection can be changed or removed within the relevant feature, or the feature can be disabled.

3. Privacy

Details about the processing of personal data, location data and the service providers used are set out in the Privacy notice.

4. Availability

Bretira may change, develop or temporarily restrict features where this is required for security, maintenance, technical development or compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
